※According to Article 32 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 17 of the Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations, employers must ensure that newly hired faculty and staff, or current faculty and staff before changing job duties, receive the necessary general safety and health training appropriate to their work. The training shall not be less than 3 hours, and employees are obligated to participate. If an employee fails to comply with the implementation of safety and health training, pursuant to Article 46 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, a fine of up to NT$3,000 may be imposed.。
