Priority Management Chemicals

1. Controlled Chemicals According to the Regulations on the Designation and Operation Permit Management of Controlled Chemicals, operators must apply for approval from the central competent authority before handling controlled chemicals. Without such approval, operation is prohibited.

  • Prior approval documents must be obtained before operation.

  • Illegal use will result in a fine of no less than NT$400,000.

  • Our school does not possess any approved controlled chemicals.

2. Priority Management Chemicals According to Articles 14 and 43 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Articles 2 and 6 of the Regulations on the Designation and Operation Management of Priority Management Chemicals, manufacturers, importers, suppliers, or employers handling priority management chemicals designated by the central competent authority must submit relevant operational information to the authority for record.

  • Failure to submit as required will result in a fine between NT$30,000 and NT$300,000.
